Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (detailing goal, vehicle size, optional year/make/model, interior and exterior condition, pet hair level, stains, odor type, paint and headlight condition, number of child seats, years you plan to keep the car, rough vehicle value, budget, package and add-ons, city cost tier, mobile or shop setting, whether you are outside a service area, water and power access, parking type, crew size, start time, weather flag, quote details you type in: detailer names, prices, package, mobile flag, included add-ons, hours quoted, insurance, deposit percent and before/after photo flags, your first name, preferred timing, concerns, extra questions and an optional phone number) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address, license plate, VIN or GPS location. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to detailers, car washes, dealers or lead networks. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names, vehicle details and phone numbers are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
